Final Fantasy XIII Fan-fiction part 9

"Hmm..." I thought to myself. Ever since I looked into my memories and dreams, more and more questions were coming up, and I didn't really have many answers to those questions. I wanted to ask Lightning about that, but then again, I wanted to keep them a secret for now. "Everything okay, Albert?" asked Serah. I nodded my head in agreement. "I looked into my dreams the other day, Serah, and saw a girl that wanted to meet up with me here in Bodham," I told her. "I wouldn't blame either of you," she told me. "Maybe you should. Get to know her slowly." I nodded my head again and headed up to the Bar. Once I got there, there she was, sitting in the corner table near the table. "Hello, Albert. Lovely weather, isn't it?" she asked. "Yes, it is, Brittany. Usually is. We hardly get any storms through here." I told her.

We both ordered some food and drinks and talked for a little while. I wondered how she knew me, so I had to ask. "How do you know me?" I asked her. She giggled lightly and smiled at me, "I know you from Snow. He's a nice person, being engaged to Serah." I smiled back at her. "He is in all actuality. He, Serah and Lightning has helped me out so much ever since I first arrived here in Bodham." Then I went ahead and told her my past of being a L'Cie and how I had gotten my Brand and how it got scarred to the point it isn't active anymore. "Wow... That's quite the past, Albert..." she told me. "Yes... I've been regaining my memory real slowly..." I said. There was so much to tell her, but yet, I didn't know how to properly explain it. Maybe she could help me out with regaining my memory and perhaps more...
